Sheep and the Wheel 2025

The focus is on two stylized sheep, designed by performance artist Walter Kuhn. They are part of his ‘Urban Transhumance’, a herd of wooden and metal sheep that has been on display at various public locations in Munich since 2015. Kuhn thus combines art with everyday life: he brings wandering forms of living rural culture into urban spaces and encourages reflection on migration, origin, and community.
