Stairway to Light 2026

Taken in the Olympic Village in Munich's Olympiapark. Beneath the residential buildings lie rather dark parking garages, from which colorful spiral staircases lead up to the car-free residential areas. I hadn't been there for several years, but I had this motif in mind for a long time. When I saw the staircase glowing orange from a distance, I experienced this special feeling of happiness that probably only photographers can truly empathize with.
